Live Popstrukt: The Real Crystal Birch

In our latest Live Popstrukt feature we visited the workshop of renowned South African hatmaker, Crystal Birch. The space is an 84 year old milliner (fancy word for someone who make hats) factory, previously called the Parisian Milliners, and it just oozes history, which creates a beautiful contrast to the blend of classic and avant-garde so apparent in her work. Crystal updates her store space regularly to keep things fresh, and for her summer store flip, she featured some Popstrukt pieces, so we sent a photographer over to capture the magic.  Why not check out the photo series below to see for yourself.
